AWANA Registration

HELPFUL INFORMATION

  • All participants (adults and children) must wear a cloth face covering at all times inside the building. Masks can be removed for outdoor activities if physical distance can be maintained.
  • Club begins at 6:30 pm and ends at 7:30 pm. Drop-off time is 6:15–6:30 pm. All vehicles must be in line no later than 6:30 pm.
  • Vehicles should form a drop-off line near the auditorium entrance (front of building) when arriving at the church. Children will be escorted from their vehicles to the building. Parents and others not participating in the AWANA program must remain in the vehicle.
  • Please return to church no later than 7:30 and form a line similar to what was used at drop off. Display your family name card (provided) in the window of your vehicle. Children will be escorted to your car at dismissal.l.
  • JBC requires participating families to sign the Jerusalem Baptist Church Coronavirus / COVID-19 Waiver.
  • If you have a question or concern for a specific leader, please email Children’s Director Amy Andrews and she pass on your message. Leaders cannot have a conversation with parents in the drop-off or pick-up line.
If you signing up four children, please be sure to check the box that allows you to received the discount for the family cap of $75.
