“Father, we want to thank you today for another day of life. We pause again to be still and know that you are God ___________. Father, we acknowledge your grace for today. We acknowledge the reality that although Jesus is God, He laid aside his prerogatives as God and took the role of a servant. The greatest King who will ever be, One who is worthy of praise, love, and service from the greatest kings of man came to rescue, and came as a servant. We acknowledge that we need Your help to become more like Him today. Father, please help us to set aside distractions in order to worship You, and in order to be shaped by Your word today. We pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen. ”
